What Workshop Participants have Said:
"It was a remarkable day...by far the greatest benefit was to my own self-care and development. Jo provided a calm stimulating enviroment in which people could participate to whatever depth they wished in a non-judgemental group. This is a workshop that I will attend again as part of my own self-care."
"How well you, Jo, held us all; how gentle and supportive your voice was and how you balanced your interventions with space for us all to just be - thankyou!"
"Wonderful day. Real abundance and generosity. Wonderful environment, safe and relaxed. Gently unfolding exercises to help release thinking and feeling."
"The day exceeded my expectations. I discovered ways into writing I had not anticipated which will be great for me to revisit and also good to use with clients".
"I felt I had space to stop and take some time for myself. The sharing really contributed to the learning!"
"Thanks for this Jo and for a really lovely day.... nourishing in every way".
"The nurturing nature of the workshop and trust and sharing amongst participants worked well".
